7 Simple Ways to Improve Your Health Today

Ditch the excuses.  There is no best time than today to take a step towards a healthy life, focus on the many ways you can improve your health.  This list is by no mean ideal enough but an initial point to get you making your physical, emotional, and spiritual health the main concern in your demanding life.  And, once you do these health improvements today, keep doing them over and over until it becomes your routine.  Before you know it you’ll be living a healthy lifestyle with nearly no effort.

Drink more water

Time and again it has been advised to drink more water and for all the obvious reasons. We know for sureour body is 90 percent water and needs water for almost every function to perform efficiently.  Many of the aches and pains, headaches, and other signs we experience would reduce if we just gulped more water.

Take more walks

Our body is designed for movement and when we start to move less our problems starts to increase. Your heart is a muscle that needs a movement to function optimally. We know this but we frequently need a notice to just do it.

No wonder eating right is the surest way to good health. Since we’re taking baby steps, we won’t expect you to overhaul your entire life in a day. Love is the highest form of frequency. When you hug somebody you love (someone who really wants to be embraced), your body issues feel-good hormones like oxytocin that ward off melancholy.

 We live in the middle of hustle bustle and which is why we’re so disconnected from our real self.
